The service appointment date and time are subject to confirmation and finalization via PRIVATE i PETS WhatsApp communication.

To ensure the safety of all pets, our company does not accept pets displaying aggressive behaviour or those with contagious diseases. If your pet exhibits such conditions or behaviours, including but not limited to excessive tension of pets/fighting/biting/disease transmission that causes loss and injury to any person or animal, we will not be able to proceed with the service, and our groomer will terminate the session immediately.

Vaccinated pets pose a risk to themselves and others. If the pet has not received routine vaccinations, our company will not be able to provide services. All vaccinations must be administered by a veterinarian, and relevant proof is required.
