完成付款後，我們的客戶服務員將於3個工作天內透過WhatsApp 聯絡並與你跟進服務預約日子及時間。網上付款一經確認，需要於3個月內享用療程，逾期作廢。

1. An appointment in advance is required; please indicate your intention to redeem this offer when making a reservation. Blow-dry/haircut fees included.
2. Offer is valid for both new and existing customers only and can be redeemed once per person.
3. Customers must arrive on time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact the branch at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the offer will be considered redeemed.
4. Offer applies to designated services, stylists and selected outlets only.
5. The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

How to Redeem
After you complete the payment, our customer service representative will contact you via WhatsApp within 3 working days to confirm the date and time of the service appointment. Once online payment is confirmed, the treatment must be used within 3 months, after which it will expire.
