Refund policy and exchange arrangements
Unless it is a defective product, the company does not accept returns or refunds for the product.

Return of defective goods
Items may be returned for refund based on the following conditions:
- The delivery period of the goods is within 7 days (subject to the express delivery approval record);
- The product has not been opened or used (for example, the packaging tape has been removed); and
- The Company evaluates and determines that the goods are defective; and
- If there are products of the same model, we will arrange an exchange.
- Procedure for returning defective goods
- Email info@psmallhk.com and specify the order number, product number, quantity, reason for return, etc. or call 852-2970 3033 to make an appointment.
- Within seven working days of receiving our confirmation email, you will bring the defective goods and the email attached to the PS GRPUP office.
(Address: Room 01-06, 12th Floor, Phase 2, Chinachem Exchange Plaza, 338 King's Road, North Point) in exchange for goods of the same model. If there is no product of the same model for return or exchange, we will arrange a refund after receiving the defective product.
- Refund and time
Please note that we must verify the return before issuing a refund. All non-defective merchandise will not be refunded. When the product is confirmed to be defective, we will send an email to confirm the refund. In the event of a refund, the entire original purchase price (after deducting shipping charges - if any) will be refunded to the account used by the customer to purchase the defective item.
