Shipping policy
1. Delivery costs and time
Can be delivered to Hong Kong and Macau. Free shipping for orders over HK$500 in Hong Kong (excluding Macau) . For orders with an amount less than HK$500 and orders shipped to Macau , cash on delivery is applicable.
**No delivery service is available in outlying island areas (except Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan), Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu, PO BOX and any hotel addresses.
2. Order shipping notice
When an order is successfully confirmed for payment, we will send you an "Order Shipping Notification" email; the "Order Shipping Notification" email will generally be sent within 3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed.
The email will detail the delivery content, order tracking number and courier company's web link for your online inquiry service.
3. Arrangements for unavailable delivery
If the recipient fails to receive the parcel during delivery, we will send an email notification. Customers can present the invoice to the following PRIVATE I SALON

4.Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
Unless it is a defective product, the company does not accept returns or refunds for the product.

Return of defective goods is based on the following conditions, and the goods can be returned for refund:
- The delivery period of the goods is within 7 days (subject to the express delivery approval record);
- The product has not been opened or used (for example, the packaging tape has been removed); and
- The Company evaluates and determines that the goods are defective; and
- If there are products of the same model, we will arrange an exchange.

Procedure for returning defective merchandise
- Email info@psmallhk.com and specify the order number, product number, quantity, reason for return, etc. or call 852-2970 3033 to make an appointment.

Within seven working days of receiving our confirmation email, you will bring the defective goods and the email attached to the PS GRPUP office.
(Address: Room 01-06, 12th Floor, Phase 2, Chinachem Exchange Plaza, 338 King's Road, North Point ) in exchange for goods of the same model. If there is no product of the same model for return or exchange, we will arrange a refund after receiving the defective product.
- Please note the refund and time. We must verify the relevant return before refunding. All non-defective merchandise will not be refunded. When the product is confirmed to be defective, we will send an email to confirm the refund. In the event of a refund, the entire original purchase price (after deducting shipping charges - if any) will be refunded to the account used by the customer to purchase the defective item.
